AI Acceptable Use Policy

Content standards, safety screening, reporting and enforcement for AI Rap Video.
Oct 26, 2026

Effective date: October 26, 2026

This policy applies to prompts, uploaded photos, audio and video, generated results, and any use or sharing of content made with AI Rap Video at airapvideo.im. It forms part of our Terms of Service. These standards apply to every account, plan and generation model.

Content we prohibit

Do not request, upload, generate, distribute or promote any of the following:

  1. Pornography and NSFW content. Sexually explicit images, video, audio or text, exposed sexual activity, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, or attempts to undress a person are prohibited. This restriction covers the content itself, including fictional and AI-generated material; it is not limited to depictions of real people.
  2. Violence and gore. Graphic injury, torture, mutilation, extreme gore, threats, instructions facilitating violence, or content glorifying real-world violence or terrorism are prohibited.
  3. Hate speech. Content attacking, dehumanizing, threatening or encouraging discrimination or violence against people based on protected characteristics, including race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or disability, is prohibited.
  4. Child-unsafe content and CSAM. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM), exploitation or sexualization of anyone under 18, including synthetic depictions, apparent minors, and attempts to evade age restrictions. Grooming, encouragement of abuse and other content endangering children are prohibited. Do not upload photos of minors to this Service.
  5. Deepfakes, deception and impersonation. Do not impersonate another person, clone an identity or voice for deception, create non-consensual likenesses, fabricate intimate scenes, or present generated media as an authentic recording of a real person's words or actions. Do not falsely attribute a statement, endorsement or event to someone. Clearly disclose that generated performances are AI-generated when sharing them. A consent claim or an AI label does not authorize harmful, deceptive, sexual or otherwise prohibited content.
  6. Copyright and trademark infringement. Do not use material, music, voices, characters, brands or other protected assets without the rights required for your use. Do not falsely claim affiliation with an artist, label, company or AI model provider, or use outputs to mislead others about their origin.

We also prohibit fraud, harassment, privacy violations, illegal activity, self-harm encouragement, evasion of safety controls, repeated resubmission of blocked requests, and using another account or model to bypass a restriction.

Upload only your own material or material you have permission to use. You must have the consent of the people whose photos or voice you upload, together with any other rights required by law. Do not upload another person's photos or voice without their consent, or confidential information you are not entitled to disclose. Permission does not override the prohibited categories above.

Platform-side content safety and moderation

Before a generation request reaches an image, video or music generation provider, we screen its text prompt and supported creative text fields with Waffo Prompt Screening, in addition to local safety rules. Only an allow verdict can proceed. A blocked request does not generate; a request awaiting review, a failed check or an unavailable screening service must be retried later. Screening happens before a new generation task is charged, so a rejected pre-generation check does not consume generation credits.

Underlying AI model providers may apply additional input and output safety filters. Those filters vary by provider and do not guarantee that every unsafe result is detected. If a provider rejects a render or our delivery workflow marks an output as unsafe, it is not delivered as a successful result. Failed renders and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

We review reported content and related account activity, investigate suspected violations, and apply the actions below. Safety checks cannot identify every violation: you remain responsible for reviewing results before using or publishing them. Do not share a result that violates this policy, even if an automated check allowed it.

We record safety decisions, provider reference IDs and limited diagnostic information to investigate incidents and appeals. Our use of prompts, uploads and other personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Access to investigation material is restricted to people who need it for support, safety or legal obligations.

Report a content violation

Report content to support@airapvideo.im. This monitored support address is also our content-safety reporting channel. Use the subject Content safety report, or URGENT — child safety / imminent harm for an urgent report.

Include a result URL or task ID, the category of concern, a short explanation and a way to contact you. If the report concerns your likeness or intellectual property, explain your connection to the affected person or rights. You do not need an account to report a violation. Do not attach or forward suspected CSAM or explicit images of children; provide the location or task reference instead. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the relevant local emergency authorities as well.

We aim to acknowledge ordinary reports within 24 hours and provide an initial review or action update within 72 hours. We prioritize suspected child exploitation and credible imminent threats as soon as received. Complex investigations may take longer; where we have contact details, we will explain delays and provide progress updates. These are handling targets, not a promise that every report is resolved within that period.

Enforcement and outcomes

Depending on severity, evidence, repeat behavior and applicable law, we may:

  • Block a prompt, stop a request or withhold an output.
  • Remove violating content from storage or public surfaces we control, and disable access to it where technically possible. We cannot remove copies already downloaded or hosted by others.
  • Warn the account holder, restrict features, suspend access or permanently ban an account.
  • Revoke remaining promotional or other credits where permitted by our Terms and applicable law. Treatment of paid credits and refunds follows the Terms, Refund Policy and mandatory consumer rights.
  • Preserve relevant records where legally required and cooperate with lawful investigations. Suspected CSAM and serious child-safety incidents receive immediate protective restrictions during assessment and are reported to competent authorities where required.

We may restrict access before completing an investigation when delay could create harm. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we explain the decision and its effect to the affected account holder. Reporting does not automatically establish a violation, and we consider the available evidence before a final decision.

Appeals and mistaken blocks

If you believe a request or account was restricted in error, email support@airapvideo.im with the subject Content safety appeal, the task or screening reference if available, and an explanation. Do not send prohibited attachments or keep retrying a blocked prompt to bypass screening. We aim to acknowledge appeals within 24 hours and give an initial response within 72 hours; additional investigation may take longer. We may uphold, change or reverse a restriction based on the review.

Policy updates

We review these standards and moderation practices as risks and provider requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continuing to use the Service means you agree to the updated policy, subject to applicable law.
