Refund Policy for AI Rap Video

Thank you for choosing AI Rap Video ("we," "us," or "our"). If your purchase does not meet your expectations, please review the refund terms below.

Effective date: October 20, 2026. These terms apply to orders placed on or after this date.

Refund Request Window

Unused packs can be refunded within 7 days. A subscription charge can be refunded within 7 days if none of that period's credits were used. We do not give prorated refunds for partial periods. Pack credits and subscription credits share one balance, and the credits that expire soonest are used first.

Eligibility

• The purchase must be associated with a valid AI Rap Video account and include enough order information for us to review it.
• Credits already used for completed video generations are non-refundable. A render that fails is never charged: its credits come straight back.
• Credits you put in a gift link count as used once someone claims them.

Orders Placed Before October 20, 2026

Orders placed before the effective date keep the refund terms that applied when they were placed: refund requests within 10 days of purchase, for purchases that are unused or substantially unused, and the refunded amount may be reduced by payment processing or platform fees of up to 6% of the original payment amount.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@airapvideo.im and include:

• Your account email address
• Your order or payment reference
• The reason for the refund request
• Any relevant screenshots or context that helps us review the request

Review and Processing

Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be sent to the original payment method used for the purchase.
